How ON5.org handles personal information. It is an informational site for the ON5 Card Network: no accounts, no cookies of our own, and no tracking.
ON5.org is the informational site for the ON5 Card Network, which is in development and testing. There is nothing to sign up for here and nothing to buy, so this policy is short.
Who is responsible
ON5.org is published by KAANCH LIMITED (Business Registration No. 78360503), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office at Unit 1411, 14/F, Cosco Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. That company is the data user — the controller — of anything described here, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Contact us at [email protected].
What this site collects

That is the whole list. There is no account to create, no form that stores anything, no newsletter sign-up, no advertising identifier and no profile built about you.
Third-party requests
The site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. That request sets no cookie, but Google receives your IP address and user-agent as part of serving the file, under Google’s privacy policy. Every other asset — scripts, styles and images — is served from ON5.org itself.
Our hosting provider processes the server logs described above on our behalf, under a contract that limits them to that purpose.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share personal information.
- We do not set advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not fingerprint your device.
- We do not build a profile of you or make automated decisions about you.
International transfers
We are established in Hong Kong, and our hosting and font providers operate in more than one country, so a server log may be processed outside the country you live in. Where transfer restrictions apply we rely on the mechanisms available under that law, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected. Residents of the EU, the UK and comparable regimes may also ask for deletion, restriction or portability, or object to our processing — and we extend those to everyone where we reasonably can.
Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month. In practice, for most visitors there is nothing to hand over: a server log entry is not connected to a name. You may also complain to the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong, or to the authority where you live.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.
