The terms on which you may use ON5.org, the informational site for the ON5 Card Network — a network in development and testing.

ON5.org is published by KAANCH LIMITED (Business Registration No. 78360503) (“ON5”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office at Unit 1411, 14/F, Cosco Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Kaanch Limited operates both this site and the ON5.com card issuing platform, and is also the company behind Kaanch Network. By using this site you accept these terms.

1. What this site is

ON5.org describes the ON5 Card Network: a decentralized card network we are building, currently in development and testing. The site is informational. It is not a product, there is no account to open, and nothing on it can be bought.

Cards can be issued today on Visa and Mastercard at ON5.com. That is a separate, live platform.

2. Forward-looking statements

Much of this site describes what the ON5 Card Network is intended to do. Those descriptions are statements of current intention, not commitments, and they rest on assumptions about technology, regulatory approvals, partners and market conditions that may not hold.

  • The network is not live. No card is issued on it and no merchant accepts one.
  • Any date, sequence or milestone described here may change or may not happen at all.
  • Regulatory and scheme processes referred to as ongoing are exactly that — ongoing, with no assurance of an outcome.
  • Applications to work with other card networks are applications. They are not partnerships, approvals or agreements, and we do not describe them as such.
  • Features described in the future or conditional tense do not exist yet, and we are not obliged to build them.

We are under no obligation to update a forward-looking statement when circumstances change, though the site is kept current as a matter of practice.

3. Nothing here is an offer or advice

  • Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, financial instrument, token or other asset, in any jurisdiction.
  • ON5 is not conducting a token sale and has no public token offering. Anyone telling you otherwise, in our name, is defrauding you.
  • Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, and it must not be relied on as any of those.
  • No content on this site forms part of any contract or creates any obligation on us.

4. Using the site

You may read this site, and quote or link to it with attribution. You may not:

  • Use it for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone’s rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Interfere with its operation or availability, or with anyone else’s use of it.
  • Scrape it at a volume that burdens it, or republish it wholesale as your own.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with ON5, or use our name, logo or brand in a way that suggests endorsement we have not given.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics, logos and code of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Reading the site grants you no licence beyond quoting and linking with attribution.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

7. No warranty

This site is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, that it is free of error, or that any statement about the ON5 Card Network will prove correct.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, or any decision you take on the strength of a forward-looking statement.

9. Privacy

What this site does with personal information is set out in the ON5.org Privacy Policy. In short: server logs, no cookies of ours, no tracking.

10. Changes

We may change these terms and the content of the site at any time. The current version is the one on this page, with its date at the top.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where the law of your country of residence gives you consumer rights that cannot be overridden by contract, this clause does not take them away.
